54.0.4 Welting

Two types of body welting were used on the GPW:

• Standard 3/4” double rib welding was used on top of the grille. This welting is brown colored.
• Flat woven welting approximately 1-1/2” wide was used between the body tub and the fenders. This welting was brown in color, but was generally painted over as the fenders were installed before final body paint.
